ADTEA files case in CAT, New Delhi

its came to know that ADTEA has filed a case in CAT,New Delhi, in respect of enginnering assistants and technicians who joined the department after 25.02.1999. more details are awaited.

    Tech Pay Parity Case At Kolkata CAT.
    Hearing could not take place on 5 October 2010 due to absence of Judges in Division Bench.
    Next date of hearing is 24th December 2010.
